Delivery
We confirm every order before it ships.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from confirmation, to every governorate. The fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout. It's free on orders from LE 2,500 after discounts.
Express delivery is available in Cairo and Giza for an extra fee shown at checkout. It arrives the same day in most cases, depending on the time and your area. Express is prepaid: by card at checkout, or by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash arranged on WhatsApp. If you choose cash on delivery with express, we'll contact you to arrange payment before it ships.
Payment
Pay by bank card at checkout, cash on delivery in every governorate, or by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer arranged on WhatsApp. You can inspect your order on delivery.
Exchanges and refunds
Exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with their tags on. Exchanges depend on availability. Refunds are made after we inspect the item, and the timing depends on how you paid.
Shipping for an exchange or return is on you, unless the item is defective or wrong. Report a defective or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
